Report an issue

  1. In Netroo Manager open Help ▸ Report an issue. Your version, system info and the recent log are copied to the clipboard.
  2. Join the Netroo Discord server and message us there.
  3. Paste what was copied (Ctrl+V), say what you were doing and what went wrong. A screenshot of the error helps a lot.

بلّغ عن مشكلة

  1. في Netroo Manager افتح Help ▸ Report an issue. البرنامج ينسخ إصدارك ومعلومات جهازك وآخر السجل.
  2. ادخل سيرفر Netroo في الديسكورد وراسلنا هناك.
  3. الصق اللي انسخ (Ctrl+V)، وقول وش كنت تسوي ووش صار. صورة الخطأ تساعد كثير.

Before you report

  • Update to the latest version: Help ▸ Software Updates.
  • Read the error in the console. It usually says what's wrong.
  • Check the common problems below.

Netroo Manager doesn't openالبرنامج ما يفتح

Install the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime (x64). If it's hidden next to the clock, click its tray icon — opening it again also brings back the running copy.

ثبّت .NET 8 Desktop Runtime (x64). وإذا كان مخفي عند الساعة اضغط أيقونته، أو افتحه مرة ثانية ويرجع لك نفس البرنامج.

A server won't installالسيرفر ما يتثبت
  • Make sure the Netroo Manager folder isn't inside Program Files and the drive has enough space.
  • Try Tools ▸ Download SteamCMD, then install again.
  • Antivirus software sometimes blocks SteamCMD. Allow the Netroo Manager folder and try again.
  • Games that need a Steam login (like DayZ and Arma 3) can't be installed.
  • تأكد إن مجلد البرنامج مو داخل Program Files، وإن القرص فيه مساحة كافية.
  • جرّب Tools ▸ Download SteamCMD، وبعدين ثبّت مرة ثانية.
  • برامج الحماية أحياناً تمنع SteamCMD. استثنِ مجلد البرنامج وجرّب مرة ثانية.
  • الألعاب اللي تحتاج تسجيل دخول ستيم (مثل DayZ و Arma 3) ما تتثبت.
A server starts and stops right awayالسيرفر يشتغل ويطفي على طول
  • Read the last lines in the console.
  • Port already in use: another server or program uses the same port. Change it in Server Settings...
  • Minecraft: accept the EULA in the server settings. Java is downloaded automatically.
  • Not enough memory: lower Memory (MB) or close other programs.
  • Valheim: the password must be at least 5 characters.
  • If Auto Restart stopped trying, it crashed 3 times in 5 minutes. Fix the cause, then start it again.
  • اقرأ آخر سطور في الكونسول.
  • المنفذ مستخدم: سيرفر أو برنامج ثاني يستخدم نفس المنفذ. غيّره من Server Settings...
  • ماين كرافت: وافق على الـ EULA في إعدادات السيرفر. الجافا تتحمّل لحالها.
  • الرام ما تكفي: قلّل Memory (MB) أو سكّر برامج ثانية.
  • Valheim: كلمة المرور لازم تكون 5 أحرف أو أكثر.
  • إذا Auto Restart وقف المحاولة، يعني السيرفر طاح 3 مرات خلال 5 دقائق. صلّح السبب وشغّله من جديد.
My friends can't joinربعي ما يقدرون يدخلون
  • Open the server's port (and query port) in Windows Firewall, TCP and UDP.
  • Set up port forwarding on your router to this PC's local IP.
  • Give them your public IP with the port (right-click ▸ Copy Address (IP:Port)).
  • Make sure they're on the same game version as the server.
  • CS2 / Insurgency: Sandstorm: without a Steam token (GSLT) the server isn't listed publicly.
  • Bedrock on the same PC: Windows needs a loopback exemption; the command is shown in the console.

Full steps: Letting friends join.

  • افتح منفذ السيرفر (ومنفذ الـ Query) في جدار حماية ويندوز، TCP و UDP.
  • سوّ Port Forwarding في الراوتر على الـ IP المحلي لجهازك.
  • أعطهم الـ IP العام حقك مع المنفذ (كليك يمين ▸ Copy Address (IP:Port)).
  • تأكد إن إصدار اللعبة عندهم نفس إصدار السيرفر.
  • CS2 و Insurgency: Sandstorm: بدون توكن ستيم (GSLT) السيرفر ما يطلع للعامة.
  • Bedrock من نفس الجهاز: ويندوز يحتاج استثناء loopback، والأمر يطلع في الكونسول.

الخطوات كاملة: دخول ربعك.

The app update failedتحديث البرنامج فشل
  • "not signed" or "SHA-256 does not match": the download was damaged or changed, so it was refused to keep you safe. Try again later.
  • "Could not check for updates": check your internet connection or firewall.
  • You can always download the latest version and replace NetrooManager.exe yourself. Your servers and settings stay.
  • "not signed" أو "SHA-256 does not match": الملف وصل خربان أو متغيّر، والبرنامج رفضه عشان سلامتك. جرّب بعدين.
  • "Could not check for updates": تأكد من الإنترنت أو جدار الحماية.
  • تقدر دايماً تحمّل آخر إصدار وتستبدل NetrooManager.exe بنفسك، وسيرفراتك وإعداداتك ما تتأثر.
The Discord bot doesn't answerبوت الديسكورد ما يرد
  • Turn on MESSAGE CONTENT INTENT in the Discord developer portal (Bot page).
  • Check that Enable is on and the token is correct (Reset Token gives a new one).
  • Your Discord user ID must be added with ADD ADMIN ID, with access to that server (* = all).
  • Commands start with netroo, for example netroo list. One command every two seconds.
  • فعّل MESSAGE CONTENT INTENT في بوابة مطوري ديسكورد (صفحة Bot).
  • تأكد إن Enable مفعّل والتوكن صحيح (Reset Token يعطيك واحد جديد).
  • لازم رقمك في الديسكورد يكون مضاف من ADD ADMIN ID، وله صلاحية على السيرفر (* = الكل).
  • الأوامر تبدأ بـ netroo، مثل netroo list. أمر واحد كل ثانيتين.
I moved to a new PC and my passwords are goneنقلت لجهاز جديد وكلمات المرور راحت

Tokens, webhooks and server passwords are encrypted for your Windows user on the old PC, so they can't be read anywhere else. Enter them again. Everything else (servers, worlds, backups) moves with the folder.

التوكن والـ Webhooks وكلمات مرور السيرفرات مشفّرة لمستخدم ويندوز حقك على الجهاز القديم، فما تنقرأ في أي مكان ثاني. أدخلها من جديد. وباقي الأشياء (السيرفرات والعوالم والنسخ الاحتياطية) تنتقل مع المجلد.
